NAMI Metro Baltimore will host its first ever virtual Annual Meeting and Awards on September 29th. We will share and celebrate our accomplishments in serving the community through incredible challenges. We will also look to the future, and share our 2021-2023 Strategic Plan.
The Annual Meeting will feature a panel discussion exploring the future of mental health care, and ways that NAMI members can advocate for improved services. Our esteemed panelists include:
- Dr. Letitia Dzirasa, Baltimore City Health Commissioner
- Crista Taylor, President/CEO, Behavioral Health System Baltimore
- Dr. Gregory Branch, Baltimore County Health Officer
Finally, the Annual Meeting will include a celebration of advocates, professionals and volunteers whose service to the community exemplifies the NAMI mission. We hope you will join us as we present the 2020 annual awards.
This virtual event is free and open to the public. Registration is now open.
NAMI members additionally have the opportunity to participate in the election of individuals to service on the affiliate Board of Directors. The election will take place electronically this year. All members are encouraged participate in this important process. Members may submit their vote between September 3rd and September 29th at 8:00am.
