Maryland Caregiver Teleconnection is a free call-in program that allows individuals to hear from and talk with trusted experts about medical conditions and treatments, hospital and community resources, and other caregiver-related issues. These interactive telephone learning sessions, accessed from home or anywhere via a toll-free number, feature physicians, psychologists, social workers, pharmacists, chaplains, attorneys, and representatives from various service organizations. Caregivers, their care recipients, and others interested in the various topics, are invited to participate.
The goal of the The Maryland Caregiver Teleconnection is to provide caregivers with easy access to helpful information. Advanced registration is encouraged.
