One in five people in Baltimore lives with a mental health condition, yet there is an 11 year delay when it comes to accessing mental health care and treatment. This breakfast is a community-driven initiative that embraces and celebrates cultural identity and empowerment. It is a place for Black and African Ancestry people to gather, listen and support each other on the path to mental wellness and healing.
