Our work is built on the voices of dedicated volunteers, and we believe those voices are powerful. That’s why we made sure to listen — through interviews, focus groups, and surveys with staff, volunteers, partners, and community members. Their insights helped us figure out where to focus next. We’re committed to strengthening our people and technology, growing program  participation, and creating tools to better share the resources and support we offer to the community.
