FAQs
NAMI Metro Baltimore is a peer-led organization, so we do NOT have trained mental health professionals or case managers on-site. NAMI Metro Baltimore’s volunteers are what keep our programs up and running. We are always looking for support group leaders, HelpLine volunteers, and other presenters. Apply to be a volunteer here or email volunteer@namibaltimore.org to get involved.
Our HelpLine is available from 9am - 4pm and our office operates from 9am - 5pm, Monday through Friday. However, you will find that some programming, such as support groups, is outside of these hours.
