Recovery is possible, and there is hope for individuals living with mental health conditions and their families. NAMI Metro Baltimore’s free support groups provide opportunities to connect with people who have faced similar experiences with mental health. NAMI Connection Recovery Support Group
NAMI Connection Recovery Support Group is a free, peer-led support group for adults living with mental illness. You will gain insight from sharing your experiences and hearing the challenges and successes of others.

Virtual Support Groups
- 2nd and 4th Saturdays from 10:30am – 12:00pm
- 1st and 3rd Wednesdays from 6:00pm – 7:30pm
- 2nd and 4th Wednesdays from 6:00pm – 7:30pm (for Young Adults, ages 18-39)

NAMI Family Support Group is a peer-led support group for family members, caregivers and loved ones of individuals living with mental illness. Gain insight from the challenges and successes of others facing similar circumstances.
